Young worker Luise is initially as impressed by this as she is by the clean uniforms of fascists marching in a disciplined manner. Class-conscious workers and young Communists open her eyes as well as the blind masses to the fascist demagogue: Hidden behind it are enslavement, terror and the preparation of a new war. Resistance is being prepared in an organized manner.
