An action film depicting the fight against “islamist terrorism”. A Russian oligarch living in exile in a luxury villa in the west is determined to take revenge on his homeland, and tries to blackmail members of the FSB, the successor of the KGB, with manipulated videos. He spends even more time conspiring with Arabian “Ansar-Allah” terrorists, who not only organise a hostage-taking by Chechnyans in a Moscow circus, but plan to reduce the eternal city of Rome to an even more permanent pile of rubble. However, Major Smolin of the FSB succeeds in averting this monstrous act with the aid of special forces supplied by Russia and Western countries.
