This documentary casts a witty and provocative eye on the effects of increasing consumer activity in a post-Communist society. Both directors create a gigantic advertising campaign for a product that does not even exist, thereby revealing the manipulative powers of the market economy. The film won the FIPRESCI Prize in Ljubljana, among others, and was voted best Czech documentary at Jihlava. Filip Remunda took part in the student fi lm competition at the first goEast- Festival in 2001 with his documentary HILARY A CHRIS NA CESTĚ / HILARY AND CHRIS ON THE WAY. He was a student at the State Academy of Performing Arts, Film and Television Department – FAMU in Prague.
