Highlights
The Russian front in 1943: Ivan Naydenov comes under fire while driving his tank and suffers burns to some 90% of his body. Contrary to all expectations Ivan makes a physical recovery within just a few days, but his memory is blank. Only one recollection remains: his armoured vehicle was attacked by the White Tiger, the legendary white-painted German tank reputed to be invincible. The Red Army then decides to build an extraordinary tank of its own – and commissions Naydenov to hunt down and destroy the mysterious White Tiger. A duel to the death begins. WHITE TIGER was the Russian entry for best foreign-language film to the Academy Awards in 2013.
