CROSSING BOUNDERIES
November 1989 in Kfar Saba, a small town in Israel. A long summer without rain is coming to an end. The film shows one day in the life of ten-year-old Noa, who feels annoyed by her best friend, her mother and her little sister. Noa’s father is ill in bed, and all she can hear from his bedroom is the voice of the newsreader on the radio. She hopes the evening will bring the first downpour.
