LOTTE IN GADGETVILLE
Specials
Village life isn’t always dull: To begin with, there’s the grand inventors’ competition with the latest and craziest contraptions. And then a foreign bee appears on the scene. Susumu had an exiting journey all the way from Japan. She’s brought along a wonderful gift: judo. Lotte, the cheerful girl-dog, is mad about the throwing techniques. And if only her best friend were allowed to take some lessons too, they’d be a match for any Japanese masters of the martial art. But Bruno’s mother is strictly against sports of any kind, and insists that her son concentrate on his music lessons. Time for Lotte to use her own powers of invention… A kaleidoscopic display of warmth and imagination without ever becoming overwrought or loud, the cartoon was a great success in Estonia.
