MORITZ IN DER LITFASSSÄULE

Moritz is fed up of school and doesn’t like being at home, either. “Hurry up, Moritz!” is all he ever hears. It’s not as if he’s lazy or dumb. On the contrary: he’s wide-awake and bursting with curiosity. One thing he’d really like to know, for instance, is why the stars sparkle like they do. But the adult world of figures and appointments has no space for his insatiable curiosity about the small things in life. And that’s why he decides to move into the hollow advertising pillar, the home of the unconventional cat lady with whom he can share his dreams. But running away is not a long-term solution – maybe it’s time for the adults to change a few things about themselves. A plea for more imagination in everyday life.
