Romania, 1992. After the fall of the Communist regime plans are underway to privatize a state car factory in a small town. A French firm interested in buying the bankrupt plant allegedly plans to turn the site into a canning factory for snails. The workforce don’t like the sound of this idea and start looking for ways to prevent the sale and keep their jobs. After a lot of thinking George comes up with the bright idea of getting all the male employees to sell sperm to a new clinic in Bucharest. The workers will then use the proceeds to take over the factory… A bitter-sweet comedy based on real-life events.
